Technicians
People who can request service codes. The access level is the highest role a technician can unlock on a controller; what each role may change is defined in the controller application.
| Name | Access level | Codes issued | Last code | Status |
|---|
No technicians yet. Add the first one above; they receive an API key for the code app.
Controllers
Each controller is identified by its Unique ID (shown in Sparkly as “Device Unique Id” and on the xAuth screen). Provisioning gives it its own key; the key is derived on demand and never stored here.
| Controller | Unique ID | Key | Last code |
|---|
No controllers registered. Register one with its Unique ID, then provision its key at end of line.
Audit log
Every code request, refusal and administrative change, with server time. Controller clocks are not used, so this log stays reliable even when a controller's clock is wrong.
